Name amendment of DMEABS

RE: TO AMEND THE NAME OF THE ORGANIZATION

Dear Concerned Members:
Due to current demand, greater benefit of all present / future members, broaden our community, development of our org’s reputation & as well as all other aspect as we feel, we hereby discussed & proposed to amend the name of the DMEABS.

Are you agree to amend the name of DMEABS?

No action is required if your answer is NO.

If YES, you are requested to please choose one (1) among the two (2) names as proposed below. The name will be amended if “YES” consent is achieved two-third of the voting members who are present today during EGM (To be announced later)

Proposed Names:
1. Bangladesh IMT Engineers’ Association, Singapore (BIMTEAS)
2. Society of Bangladesh IMT Engineers’, Singapore (SBIMTES)

NOTE: As per Registry of Societies (ROS), both proposed names are acceptable by them. No objection as of now.

Dear Kamal (JS of DMEABS 2019-2021),

As per the raised concern about organizational Name change, i would go second name which is Society Of IMT Engineers (SBIMTES) but it’ll be better if we could change the name like IMT Engineers of Bangladesh Society (IMTEBS).
Expect change of name will be drive in systematic way with the constitutional protocol as well legal requirements.
Definitely my answer fall under “Yes”.
